By using Lightbeam ("Service"), a Pulsechain block explorer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lightbeam provides real-time blockchain data, transaction info, and analytics for Pulsechain. The Service is "as is," under active development, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service per applicable laws.
Not manipulate or interfere with the Service.
Not use for illegal purposes.
Not access restricted areas.
Not use automated systems to extract data.

4. Data Accuracy and Third-Party APIs

We strive for accurate blockchain data but cannot guarantee it due to potential network delays or errors. Lightbeam uses third-party APIs, RPC URLs, and endpoints (e.g., Pulsechain nodes), and we cannot guarantee their uptime or accuracy. We're not liable for third-party issues.

5. Advertisements

Advertisers may pay to promote content. We can deny service or remove ads at our discretion, including for lack of integrity or suspected scams. Paid ads are not endorsed by Lightbeam. Graphics may be provided by advertisers or created by us as an additional service.

6. Resources and Monetization

Lightbeam relies on resources like RPC URLs and APIs to operate, which may change or impact performance. Monthly costs for hosting, APIs, and updates are covered via ad revenue to keep the Service free.

7. Data and Privacy

We process publicly available blockchain data and collect minimal personal info necessary for the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Lightbeam are owned by us, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use or inability to use the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
